Jazan Refinery

Full-scope delivery for the Jazan Refinery — a 400,000 bbl/day, 20.0 MTPA hydrocarbon complex on the Red Sea coast. Ammar's scope covered site works, civil, mechanical, piping and project management across the atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation, hydrocracker, diesel hydrotreater, naphtha hydrotreater, CCR reforming and C5/C6 isomerisation units. Products include ~75,000 bpd gasoline, 100,000–160,000 bpd ultra-low-sulfur diesel (10 ppm) and 160,000–220,000 bpd fuel oil.
